When your return is processed, you’ll receive a refund for the product price only. Shipping charges are not refunded.
A USD 5.00 convenience fee is also deducted from the refund amount to cover restocking and processing costs.
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing policies.
Please note that merchandise cannot be returned if it has been used, washed, or worn.
